Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the commercial and community strategies in your store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empower your team to deliver great service and promote the Co-op difference to customers and members
* Build an inclusive culture where everyone can speak up and share their views
* Develop your team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potential
* Ensure the store is safe, legal and operational
* Manage and optimise your store's commercial performance, recruit new team members and manage HR processes
Requirements

* Experience of guiding and developing a team and working in a busy, service-focused environment
* Good communication skills, including coaching, motivating and inspiring your team
* Resilience and great problem solving skills
* The ability to understand and analyse commercial information
* A willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team with delivery of store activities
