* Proactively coordinate and collate NEC4 contract scope document inputs from other specialists within the Client team.
* Author sections of NEC4 contract scope documentation in support of procurement events.
* Peer review of contract scope documentation prepared by others.
* Review of supplier tender proposals against issued scope documentation.
* Chair team meetings to support development of scope documentation.
* Capture LfE from previous procurement events, both within Programme Euston and elsewhere in the MoD.
* Input into Programme Euston procurement pipeline to ensure activities are undertaken in a timely manner to support delivery activities.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a related role with regular involvement in contract management - either pre- or post-contract stages. This experience could be gained from project management, technical or commercial roles.
* Experience preparing or implementing a range of forms of NEC4 contracts, with strong knowledge of how Scope packages are constructed.
* Confident communicator in both written and face-to-face environments. Comfortable working both within a team, and autonomously as required.
* Detail orientated, with concise and articulate manner to ensure scope information is portrayed in an effective manner.
* Organised approach to ensure deadlines are established, monitored and achieved across the full team contributing to the scope documents.
