We are looking for an SMSA to help support a routine and rhythm for calm, enjoyable lunch times whilst being pro-active to ensure the orderly conduct, welfare and safety of our children during school lunch breaks. You will become part of the lunchtime team and help shape our approach for years to come. What we are looking for: a proven ability to work as part of a team and form good relationships with other colleagues to ensure effective lunchtime supervision. a warm but confident manner with children, and the ability to role model virtues such as dignity, professionalism and kindness. ability to maintain confidentiality over matters relating to the school, with pupils, staff or parents. ability to set and maintain high expectations of pupil table manners and conduct during lunchtime. a commitment to the safety, well-being and progress of everyone at the school.You will be responsible forLaying out and serving the lunches to pupils and ensuring the area is tidy after serviceEnsuring the health and safety of children at lunchtimes under the direction of the appropriate person as identified by the school Maintaining our vision for lunchtimes as a calm learning experience for all pupils during which they learn courteous table manners and share in a healthy cooked meal.About Floreat WandsworthOur School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
