In this Nursing Clinical Lead role, you will create, manage and monitor care plans and medication records, in addition to managing staffing rotas and leading and developing the care and nursing teams.
What our client is looking for in a Nursing Clinical Lead:
NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care
Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams
