Job summary St Oswalds Hospice are looking for a caring and dedicated Care Support Worker to join their team. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver care and provide a range of activities to meet the assessed needs of the Children & Young Adults who access our service and to support their families with that care.
