We are currently undergoing recruitment for an internal position as Company Resourcer to join us at PRS.
Working alongside an established recruitment team, we are looking for someone to support the current recruitment consultants in advertising positions, inviting candidates into the office, completing registration interviews, in charge of the paperwork and attending the job centre on a regular basis.
This is a demanding role as our industry moves very quickly, we need someone on the ball with a competitive edge who is as driven as us at helping local companies build the best workforce.
Previous experience is not essential we are happy to train someone who hasn't worked in an office or in recruitment before. We are just looking for someone driven and high energy who is eager to learn.
Competitive salary plus a generous bonus scheme. Full time or part time hours considered.
Part Time hours are as follows:
Monday & Tuesday (Essential)
Additional day(s) flexible.
08:00 – 16:00
Full time hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:00
15:00 finish on a Friday
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
Working to agreed weekly targets, including onboarding clients and assignment placing.
Liaising with our marketing team to advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts and using recruitment platforms and social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
Qualities we are looking for in a candidate
Additional fluent languages are advantageous
Full UK Driving license is essential due to the location of the business and nature of the position (visiting clients)
Versatile and highly career driven
Quick learning to pick up a range of different job roles
Experience within a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given
Confident on telephone speaking to potential candidates
Social media savvy to advertise positions and attract candidates.
Able to build relationships with candidates.
Organised to arrange and manage interviews.
Able to follow instruction and correctly process candidate paperwork and manage application process.
Ideally suited to someone looking to develop their long-term career
Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced role
Knowledge of different working industries is advantageous
