The current Physics Head of Department has helped the Physics Department grow from strength to strength. They've now got a perfect mix of young, experienced, and Teach First Teachers, alongside multiple Physics graduate Teaching Assistants who help raise attainment across KS3, 4 & 5.
This Secondary School has produced some incredible Progress 8 results across KS3, 4 & 5 and has created a fun and creative learning environment for students.
Experienced Physics Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 & KS4 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility, and more.
Newly Qualified Physics Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the school's bespoke ECT induction and will work alongside a range of young & experienced Physics Teachers.

* MPS1–UPS3 – £38,766 – £60,092 + TLR (size depending on experience)
* Located in the Borough of Bexley
PERSON SPECIFICATION – Teacher of Physics
* Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
* Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
* Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
* You must be able to work as part of a large team of Physics Teachers
* Must be willing to listen to feedback
