What you'll do
Vodafone business has ambitious sales growth plans over the next 5 years to reach +10% yoy sales growth. This ambition is underpinned by a transformation programme to change ways of working across the business and to deliver a step change in sales force productivity and effectiveness. Central to this growth plan is improving sales productivity for our Indirect Partners by ensuring they have the content and collateral they need to have effective customer conversations with their customers across the sales cycle.
The purpose of this role is to transform the quality and accessibility of our sales enablement content for our Indirect Partners. Through strong collaboration with functions across the business (e.g. product, propositions and marketing) the person in this role will be accountable for ensuring our Indirect partners have easy access to relevant, up to date partner information, training and communications via our sales enablement platform (Highspot).
* In this role you will ensure that our partners receive an exceptional communications, training, and sales enablement experience. This will be achieved by monitoring, amending, reporting, and collaborating on materials that help partners provide a best-in-class service to their Vodafone customers.
* You will embed yourself in various teams to ensure you're up to date with the latest resources that give partners a view of our training, learning and product information.
* You will have responsibility for administration and maintenance of the Highspot platform to meet the needs of Partners and Vodafone growth ambitions.
