Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager ready to take on a fresh challenge with a dynamic, multidisciplinary consultancy? Do you aspire to work on diverse, innovative projects alongside a team that fosters collaboration and mutual support?
With new projects won within the healthcare sector, we are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for the North West Region. You will play a key role to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for working diligently to meet contract deliverables, following detailed specifications to fulfill the unique requirements of our clients. This role will require you to liaise effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Your core duties will include:
* Embedding protocols and driving all aspects of design management.
* Undertaking a range of Project and Key Account Management activities ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* NEC Contract administration.
* Monitoring, driving, and reporting on project performance including action planning/management.
* Ensuring delivery of any personal business plan objectives.
* Some aspects of business development including involvement in bids and presentations to clients.
* Supporting members of the team as required.

About You
You will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* Possess relevant experience as a Senior Project Manager.
* Hold a relevant qualification and/or membership in a professional body (such as RICS, CIOB, or APM).
* Have a solid understanding of different types of building contracts, including JCT and NEC3.
* Demonstrate strong bid writing and presentation skills for clients.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
To stand out from other candidates, it is desirable to have:
* Experience working in a similar role ideally in a consultancy environment.
* A commitment to regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
* Chartered status or be working towards it.
