Main Responsibilities
* Track project progress and financial data
* Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders
* Assist with resource management and tender preparation
* Ensure project documentation is accurate and audit-ready
* Conduct supplier compliance checks and maintain approved lists
* Support security checks, contractor coordination, and access management (regional travel required)
* Organise and minute meetings across the Scotland & Northern Ireland Region
* Prepare Purchase Orders and manage invoicing
* Drive continuous improvement in processes
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong financial and operational tracking skills
* Administrative or project support experience
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
* Experience in project management and customer communication
* Knowledge of CDM and workload scheduling
* Working towards a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HNC/APM) or equivalent
* Must hold valid UK driving licence
