ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimise campaigns primarily across Google and Meta Ads. Working closely alongside the Head of Performance to provide high quality paid media & ecommerce service to clients in the fashion & beauty industry (premium/luxury).
By championing innovation and cross-channel collaboration, we aim to enhance campaign efficiency, support product launches, and contribute to long-term growth. A creative eye with a passion for trends & visual content to help brands grow. Experience with affiliate channels, eCommerce platforms, and feed management tools is a bonus.
REQUIREMENTS
Lead Paid Media Campaigns: Develop, execute, and report on outstanding paid media campaigns across both Google (Search & Youtube) & Meta. Keen focus on wider business impacts including CAC, COS & profitability.
Experimentation Framework Leadership: Work with the Head of Performance to manage a structured framework for all paid media testing. Collaborate on strategy, prioritise initiatives based on potential impact and feasibility.
Champion Data-Driven Growth: Promote a data-first, experimental approach to campaign growth. Use data insights to uncover optimisation opportunities and maximize campaign efficiency.
Creative Development Process: Liaise with Head of performance to provide feedback & recommendations on best performing creatives.
Strategic and Tactical Paid Media Expertise: Become proactive with wider business recommendations & work with Head of Performance to oversee tactical execution. Whilst also leading the day to day in bid strategies, ad copy, landing page testing, audience segmentation, and extensive creative experimentation.
Stay Industry-Leading: Continuously expand paid media knowledge to ensure an innovative approach, testing and applying new techniques to keep campaigns competitive and effective.

* TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest ads experience (or desire to learn)
* Ecommerce platform experience (Shopify, Shopify Plus)
* Feed management tool experience (DataFeedWatch, Shoptimised, Feedoptimised)
* Data connector experience (Supermetrics, Funnel.io, Big Query)
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced Professional: Minimum of 3 years managing Paid Search (Google & Bing) and Paid Social (TikTok & Meta), ideally for DTC brands (ideally fashion (premium/luxury), beauty sector).
Passionate About Ownership: Energized by seeing ideas through from concept to launch.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Confident using data insights to back instincts and refine strategy.
Adaptable Team Player: Capable of working solo on projects or as an integral team player.
Detail-Oriented: You bring a meticulous approach.
Master Multi-Tasker: Juggling multiple projects excites you and motivates you daily.
Innovative Thinker: Driven to test, optimise, and explore new methods and processes in Paid Media.
