Join Our Team and Enhance Your Skills in Complex Clinical Care
We're on the lookout for experienced Healthcare Assistants to team up with us in Salford, where we're providing outstanding homecare to several service users in the area.
We specialise in the delivery of complex clinical care and each of our service users have varying needs and requests, from personal care, moving and handling and medication administration, to supporting clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management and PEG Care.
We don’t require you to be skilled in the delivery of clinical interventions as our highly skilled team of Registered Nurses will provide full training on clinical competencies which are tailored to each of our individual service users.
All we ask is that you have at least 3 months care experience, are flexible and adaptable and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
We are looking for candidates who are pet friendly as our service users can have pets within the property
We can offer Ad hoc shifts supporting specialised care to our service users covering:

2. 12 hours nights
3. Monday - Sunday
We have recently boosted our pay rates and provide competitive hourly rates as below:
4. Weekdays - £13.00 per hour
5. Weeknights - £13.50 per hour
6. Weekends - £14.00 per hour
7. Bank Holiday - £17.00 per hour
Please note, the above rates are applicable following successful completion of shadowing, which is paid at £11.50 per hour.

9. An example of an annual salary based on 2 x 12-hour night shifts =£16,848 - £17, 472 per annum
