Hours : 7.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12 Location : Jewson, 44-46 Old Craighall Rd, Millerhill, Dalkeith EH22 1RZ Key Responsibilities This is a varied role covering delivery and collection of the equipment we hire to our customers, customer service in branch at the hire desk and basic servicing and maintenance of the hire equipment. We provide extensive training for anyone joining our tool hire team so you can hit the ground running. Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible Delivery and collection of hire tools and equipment using a 3.5t vehicle (often with trailer attachment), talking customers through how to operate them on site Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the branch workshop Use our in-house systems to process customer hires at the hire desk, answer phone enquiries, liaise with suppliers, organise delivery and collection of equipment, keeping customers updated throughout their journey Working according to Health & Safety compliance to keep you, your colleagues and customers safe at all times What's in it for you?
