What You’ll Do:
* Lead a multi-disciplinary team in a dedicated crisis respite facility
* Collaborate with Te Whatu Ora, MSD, and Police to provide innovative, holistic care.
* Establish processes and ensure high-quality support for whaiora.
Key Skills
* 6+ years in NZ acute mental health (e.g. crisis team, liaison psychiatry)
* Leadership experience in acute setting
* Commitment to our values
* Empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
* Full Drivers Licence
