An interesting developing opportunity join a small Operations team working alongside the Cash Management Supervisor to assist and help develop the payments and cash management system within this small Investment Company located in the City Primarily to support the payments/cash management function, you will learn and develop skills within the role before taking full responsibility of this area in the future. Working within an Operations Function of approx. 9 people the role will also assist other team members in operational duties as required. Duties will include making payments for clients, cash management and reconciliation, assisting in preparation of annual accounts and tax packs. The role will extend to supporting the Trust Team as needed as well as back-office on occasion. This role offers opportunity to grow and develop across Investment Operations and take responsibility for the Cash Management Function with the company also being supportive in study towards financial qualification(s). Suitable candidates will offer min 2 years' experience within a cash management/payments environment who are looking for chance to grow and develop their payments and operations skills within a small company learning from experienced professionals. Good communication skills, attention to detail and enthusiasm to develop within the role as well as help to improve processes and systems. A good understanding of technology/financial software and Excel skills is required. Any knowledge or exposure around Trust, ISA's, financial services operations would also be beneficial.
