Job Title: Client Account Manager
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 Per annum
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 pm

My client, a reputable printing and creative company based in the heart of Hatfield, is seeking to hire a Client Account Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring they receive the most suitable services to meet their needs.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Previous experience knowledge in print, art or photography is highly desirable
2. Great eye for detail
3. A real problem solver
4. Articulate and confident telephone manner
5. Organised
6. PC Literate
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to existing and prospect clients such as Photographers and artists
2. Building and managing relationships
3. Assisting and attending exhibitions
4. Upselling and cross selling
5. Providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
