Creating, developing and producing a slate of brand new original shows, the team are helping The Sun reach its next generation of viewers. Your Role: As Production Coordinator you will provide day to day support to the Production Manager and editorial team in all areas of production and project management, across Sun Video Originals team Suitable candidates should have a solid track record working onfast paced, high volume digital shortform programmingfor platforms such as YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook with resilience and understanding the knock-on of changes to plans and adapting accordingly. Day to day you will: - Assist the PM to accurately track projects, timing and spend. - Creating Call Sheets and Risk Assessments - Booking all things logistics - Keeping track of and reconciling shoots costs - Filing and logging production paperwork, releases - Production deliverables, scripts, logs - Provide general administration and organisational support to the creative team. - supporting casting teams in paperwork gathering, dealing with background checks etc - onboarding new members added to your team and overseeing day-to-day operations. - Booking in KIT - All other duties as assigned. What we are looking for from you - Proven experience within Digital Shortform production environment at coordinator level, - An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process. - Experience of working across high volume projects at one time - Excellent attention to detail. - Highly organised with excellent ability to manage own and others time. - Pro-active can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and work to meet demanding deadlines. - Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
