The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely, mainly covering the South of the UKincluding London, Kent, Essex, Herts, Bucks and surrounding areasselling HVAC ventilation solutions. The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager must have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts, specifically mechanical HVAC ventilation solutions or products. Package: £50,000 - £60,000 High Bonus OTE circa £100,000 Company Car Pension Private medical care Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role Managing a number of key accounts via M&E contractors and consultants within the HVAC industry. Selling into industries such as education, heathcare, service and leisure sectors. Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling HVAC ventilation solutions or products such as AHUs. Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided. Liaise with various engineering departments. Work remotely covering South of the UKincluding London, Kent, Essex, Herts, Bucks and surrounding areas Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements Experience as a Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer or similar within HVAC ventilation. Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a market leading HVAC ventilation manufacturer. Experience selling the following - HVAC ventilation solutions or products such as AHUs. grilles, diffusers, louvres. A technical HVAC qualification or degree is advantageous Experience selling other HVAC ventilation products into industries such as education, heathcare, service and leisure sectors and an aptitude for learning new products will also be strongly considered Liaise with other engineering departments
