We are seeking
a Receptionist to provide front of house services for our Institute, acting as first point of contact to provide a high level of customer service to students, staff and visitors. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for supporting staff and liaising with HR teams to ensure that the necessary paperwork is in place for new starters and academic visitors. You will also be involved in maintaining records, publicising events, and assisting with arrangements for exhibitions, seminars and meetings. You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and have a good understanding of standard administrative procedures. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and attention to detail is essential. This is a full-time permanent position. Working hours will be 36.5 per week, Monday to Friday (reception hours are 8.45am – 5.00pm).
