About the Role We're seeking a Social Media Executive to join our award-winning team and drive impactful results for our healthcare clients. This crucial role contributes to the agency's award-winning social media offering. You'll manage campaigns for existing healthcare clients across various therapy areas (oncology, mental health, respiratory, rare diseases), requiring experience in all stages, from strategy and creative development to paid promotion and evaluation. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Director, you'll collaborate with internal teams such as strategy, medical education, and creative. What's in it for you? What You’ll Do As Social Media Executive you will develop and execute impactful social media strategies for healthcare clients. Manage campaigns across multiple platforms, optimising for engagement and results. Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives. Implement paid social media strategies to maximise reach and impact. Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service. What You’ll Need Agency experience managing social media for clients. Expertise in social media strategy, paid campaigns, influencer marketing, social listening, and content creation. Strong execution skills across the major platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, YouTube). You're proactive in building and monitoring ads to achieve campaign objectives. Highly organised with an eye for detail. You don't need experience in Health, however a curiosity to learn more in this space would be great. Experience working with multiple teams effectively.
