Bespak is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary range for this permanent, onsite role is between £85k to £90k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Days Working Pattern – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility on the start and finish times for a 37.5 hour week (8 hours a day with a 30 min unpaid break). As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the QA function at the Holmes Chapel site, ensuring full compliance with cGMP across all operations. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive GMP standards and continuous improvement, managing a team of up to 30 QA experts, including Qualified Persons (QP). Your responsibilities include overseeing QC testing, production, and warehouse operations, managing product quality risks, and ensuring efficient product release through a team of Qualified Persons. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for maintaining a strong GMP culture and driving improvements aligned with the company's quality strategy. As a Quality Assurance Manager, your duties will include: Lead QA function ensuring cGMP compliance across site operations. Manage product quality risks and ensure timely product release. Provide strategic leadership for GMP and continuous improvement initiatives. QA oversight of QC testing, production, and warehouse. Coach and develop QA team, including Qualified Persons (QP) ensuring competency growth. Ensure operational activities align with cGMP and quality strategy.
