This highly ambitious and fast-growing business is searching for a passionate and driven individual to help build an efficient and effective L&D team. The L&D Administrator will be the back-bone of the team, supporting specialists with all aspects of scheduling and coordination. The ideal person will be system savvy, reliable and personable. The Role: Supporting Learning & Development team with development and update of training materials & E-learning. Day to day administration of Learning Management System (LMS); including E-Learning modules and generating reports. Booking internal rooms and setting up internal training sessions. Ad hoc venue and travel booking. Submitting expenses, raising purchase orders, monitoring invoices. The Ideal Person: Exceptional administration skills Great communication, both verbal and written A true team player, dedicated to their role and supporting the wider team Previous L&D / Training experience would be preferred.
