The primary responsibility is to serve guests with excellence by taking orders and preparing food and beverages. We strive to provide a positive memorable customer experience by assuring the store is clean and by greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner. This position will serve both our Carmel and Binford locations. This is a nonexempt part-time position that reports to the Capstone General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Gives Ministry Away
2. Greets all customers with a welcoming friendly smile
3. Prepares beverage orders properly with a sense of urgency and care
4. Respectfully works with Shift Leader and team to ensure the best guest experience
5. Consistently cleans workstation
6. Maintains a well-stocked workstation
7. Able and willing to perform all opening and closing procedures
8. Adheres to Safe Serve guidelines
9. Regularly attends and participates in trainings
10. Diligently and joyfully completes tasks and provides additional support to the team
11. Adheres to Northview’s HR guidelines (Handbook) and Northview’s Cultural Values
12. Committed to a personal spiritual growth plan and deeper walk with Jesus Christ
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience is preferred, not required.
