Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Work with the Marketing Director to understand and define short, mid, and long-term marketing priorities.
2. Own the creation and delivery of the marketing strategy.
3. Own the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities to support key growth areas.
4. Lead on the design and creation of high-quality sales collateral, including writing and proof-reading.
5. Management of digital strategy including website maintenance, SEO, PPC, and online chat.
6. Management of the social media strategy with a focus on continuous growth & improved engagement across channels.
7. Develop, manage, and maximise supplier relationships such as printers and agencies to ensure delivery of brand objectives and campaign plans.
8. Assist with the delivery of internal communication channels/tools to ensure all colleagues are informed of business news, issues, changes, and direction.
9. Manage a defined marketing budget with regular reporting highlighting return on investment.
