Bala Baya, which is featured in the Michelin Guide, offers a vibrant fusion of Mediterranean flavours reimagined through contemporary techniques. His more recent venture, Kapara, takes a playful yet refined approach to Mediterranean dining, with a strong emphasis on grilled meats and seasonal ingredients. Both establishments reflect Tibis commitment to blending tradition with innovation, celebrating the rich diversity of the Mediterranean while pushing culinary boundaries.

Your Responsibilities
* Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
* Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
* Helping the sous chef andhead chefto develop new dishes and menus
* Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
To be considered you must have:
* Currently be at Chef De Partie level within a restaurant or High Quality Dining venue and good understanding of health and safety surrounding this
* have a great team work ethic
* be able to commit to 48 hrs per week
* fixable to work any 5 days out of the 7 days within a week
* Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
