Job Title: Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our growing team in Harrow. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while supporting our finance and accounting operations.
Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve financial queries
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist with payroll processing and other accounting duties as required
- Participate in financial meetings and provide updates on accounts
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
