About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the Finance Office sitting in the Campus and Commercial Services Group.
CCSG includes a diverse range of business activities including Central Campus Venues; Training and Conference Centres; Warwick Food Group; Recruitment and Job Advertising; Warwick Sports Hub; and Warwick Arts Centre.
You will work closely with existing experienced finance staff, whilst proactively engaging with staff within the businesses, according to the portfolio allocated to you. This vacancy offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate wishing to progress to a full accountancy membership, to join a friendly and supportive team.
About You
You will have a good working knowledge of financial activity and accounting adjustments, experience with finance systems (ideally SAP) and intermediate excel skills.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and display an approachable and positive attitude, capable of developing rapport with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.
Experience working within a similar commercial environment is desirable.

The role is campus based however staff can opt to work under the Finance Office’s current hybrid policy where a maximum of 40% of time (2 days per week for full time staff; normally Tuesdays and Fridays) can be worked remotely. Further details are available on request or at interview stage.
