4. Deliver data analysis to satisfy these requirements - timely, accurate, and reliable.
5. Take necessary action based on this analysis.
6. Master appropriate software and programming skills.
7. Help foster a culture of excellence within the assessment teams.
8. Build good relationships within the business and actively promote data literacy.

You will be an effective communicator, with the skill to influence others while working collaboratively with key stakeholders. Although not essential, this role would suit someone who has good knowledge of Tableau or other similar visualisation tools. You should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and have a passion for understanding, explaining, and presenting data.

2. Adapting to the challenges of each qualification.
3. Adapting to different IT systems.
4. Supporting Assessment Associates in their use of new technologies.
5. Influencing and working closely with Assessment Associates and internal stakeholders.
6. Simultaneously managing tasks for multiple examination series.
