As a Sales Assistant, your duties will include:
Order Processing: Managing orders from initiation to delivery.
Customer Interaction: Advising customers on products and services, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Stock Management: Checking stock and store levels to ensure availability.
Liaison: Coordinating with third parties regarding deliveries.Payment Processing: Taking and processing payments efficiently.
Follow-ups: Ensuring customer enquiries are addressed promptly.
Team Collaboration: Working cohesively within a team environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
Customer Service: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, both in person and over the phone.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Attention to Detail: Precision in processing orders for luxury leisure products.
Retail Experience: While not essential, previous retail experience is advantageous.
Driving Licence: A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle is a must for this position.
