We are looking for team leaders to lead experienced and enthusiastic teams at Swansea.com Stadium in one of our food outlets. Working Hours We are looking for staff to join us for all home fixtures at Swansea.com stadium where shifts are typically 6-7 hours long. Once registered with Constellation you will also have opportunities to work across all other venues in the local area such as Cardiff City FC and the Principality Stadium and many other further afield if you wish Role responsibilities Daily tasks may include: - Providing/overseeing a brilliant service for our guests over match days and events - Being super organised and juggling many tasks at once - Overseeing the food production for your food outlet which may serve, hot dogs, pies, chips, burgers etc. - Good communication and delivering an effective staff briefing to your team ready for the day ahead - Ensuring your area of work has its allergen information ready to go - Overseeing your area regarding stock control, food preparation, time management etc. - Supervise the team throughout the day, delegating responsibilities accordingly - Assist with staff training and development to maintain to the highest standard - Swiftly resolving customer service complaints - Administering refunds correctly - Completion of match day paperwork Requirements - Previous supervisory experience required within the fast-food sector - Experience with Self Ordering Units (SOU) desired but not a necessity - The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods - Enthusiastic & energetic personality - Food preparation experience - Empathic and understanding of others - Excellent organisation and communication skills - Ability and confidence to lead your team through a successful day - Up to date food hygiene & allergen certificates preferred but not essential Why should you work with us? - Great opportunity to work in a friendly and fast-paced environment - Competitive weekly pay - Be part of a great and supportive team - Gain some great transferable skills and work experience - Opportunity to work at multiple venues - Receive full training in Health & Safety, Hygiene and Manual Handling - Access to Health & Wellbeing Support Programmes, including our Employee Assistance Programme Apply online with cover letter and CV.
