About the role We are looking for a driven Major Assets Sales Support Administrator to join our Trading Team, reporting to the VP Trading. The role will be supporting the trading of Aircraft Major Assets: Auxiliary Power Units (APU’s), Landing Gears (LG’s) and Engine Nacelles. The Major Assets Sales Support Administrator will be assisting with and providing support in the day-to-day management of the major assets sales, leases, exchanges and programs. While managing the administrative work that comes with the role. Key Responsibilities Respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) and negotiate prices/terms. Assist in managing exchange, lease, sale, and repair orders. Liaise with internal technical departments regarding Technical Packs / Tech records queries. Liaise with the MRO department regarding the cost and management of asset repairs. Distribute marketing materials and gather market pricing and intelligence. Coordinate with teardown facilities for asset removal, packaging and shipping. Maintain asset sales records efficiently within the Quantum system. Manage and centralise market intelligence using the company's CRM system.
