Anabas is currently seeking to employ a Workplace Host to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in Milton Keynes. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met. You will be required to be vetted for an SIA front line licence and be able to pass BS758 vetting requirements Your responsibilities will include: Reception desk management, including the co ordination of security passes Facilities Management administration Contractor inductions and hosting Meeting room checks and set up Develop and maintain an effective client relationship. Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and personable way. You will have: Experience working in an administrative role in a corporate office environment. Have exceptional organisation and communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.
