Playing a key role in providing assessments, complex formulation and interventions that are both evidence-based and tailored to the individuals unique needs and context. Collaborative working is central to this role, as you will be part of a specialist MDT, working closely with other agencies and across CAMHS pathways. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to building effective relationships and sharing knowledge.
