Job Description: The Administrator, People Development role works as part of the Learning & Development team to bring Crowe’s people strategy to life and deliver a 'rewarding people experience' to everyone in the firm. As part of an approachable and supportive people team, you will contribute to the delivery and success of the learning & development strategy that supports everyone at Crowe in developing their careers. The role is part of the internal People Development team and includes: Supporting the wider L&D team to deliver the national people strategy, programmes, and initiatives, providing a centralised administration function across the firm. Manage the Learning and Development inbox, processing queries within the agreed Service Level Agreement. Coordinate training room bookings and relevant training equipment to support all programmes and activities. Day-to-day efficient administration of the firm's L&D programmes within agreed timeframes, maximising resource use. Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) Support the People Development portal, encompassing course materials and other learning materials. Managing joining instructions, registration, and post-course evaluation. Support learner access to the right information on the Learning Management System (LMS) and running standard reports. Ensure all employee details are current and up to date. Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required and assist the People Development team as necessary. Provide updates regarding the Learning and Development team via our internal intranet. Support the LMS e-learning portal, keeping courses current and relevant to the firm. Skills and personal characteristics required: Previous administration experience is preferable. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be structured, well-organised and meticulous attention to detail essential. Knowledge or experience working with a learning management system is preferable but not essential. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to progress multiple tasks simultaneously.
