You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to individuals within our community who are experiencing substance misuse. What you'll do: Provide holistic assessment, treatment, and support to individuals with complex needs related to drug and alcohol misuse. Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with service users, their families, and other professionals. Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative and evidence-based interventions. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice within the service. Advocate for service users and promote their rights and well-being.
