Quotation & Order Management: Prepare, follow up, and manage quotations and orders, ensuring data accuracy. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain open lines of communication to encourage repeat business. Product Knowledge: Complete all product training and seek additional knowledge from internal teams to provide comprehensive product advice. Sales Strategy & Execution: Engage in promotional campaigns, contribute to the company’s commercial market knowledge, and support the effective use of CRM and project tracking tools. Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales specialists and attend trade shows, events, and meetings to enhance sales strategies and gather market insights. Proactive Problem Solving: Alert management on sales performance affecting stock levels and ensure SPA agreements are upheld. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a sales or customer-focused role. Clear, effective communicator with a customer-focused approach. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Highly organised with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established data protocols.
