We are looking for a Brand Product Development Coordinator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 16-24 hours per week over 2-3 days. We are also open to discussing full-time options for candidates seeking more hours who have previous warehouse experience.

The Role
As Brand Product Development Coordinator, you will lead/coordinate a small team of brand workers.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, managing resources, ensuring that our co-operative continues to run smoothly and efficiently.
Additionally, you will:
* Be responsible for inputting into and have some responsibility for delivering our brand strategy
* Champion Suma brand products, attending trade shows
* Monitor and analyse product performance, provide insights for continuous improvement to existing products and services, and facilitate the identification of potential new products
You will also have:
* Previous experience in marketing or brand development
* Familiar with project management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
* Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management
* Strong leadership, coordination abilities, and ability to motivate others
