Are you a Theatre Scrub Nurse looking for a calmer, more balanced working environment—away from the pressure of emergency surgery and long overrunning lists? This role offers the chance to develop specialist skills in fertility procedures within a supportive, serene clinic setting, where your contribution truly makes a difference.
We’re working with a fast-growing IVF clinic in the Southwest of England, currently undergoing significant investment to expand its facilities and services. They’re seeking a dedicated Scrub Nurse (RGN) to join their theatre team. With a strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence, every day here brings rewarding opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the smooth, day-to-day running of the theatre department, working closely with colleagues who share a passion for exceptional care.
* Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout fertility-related surgical procedures.
* Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Help maintain a calm, patient-first culture where every interaction matters.
What We're Looking For:
* A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration and theatre scrub experience in the UK.
* While fertility experience is an advantage, it’s not essential—full training will be provided.
* Applications are welcome from nurses with scrub experience across any surgical specialty.
* Experience from both NHS and Independent Sector settings will be considered.
What’s On Offer:
* Salary up to £36,000 (based on demonstrable scrub experience).
* 32 days annual leave.
* Company pension.
* Life assurance.
* Access to Perkbox and other wellbeing benefits.
* A calm, structured theatre environment—no emergency work or overrunning lists.
* Great work-life balance with full and part-time opportunities available.
If you're looking to take the next step in your career and want to make a real impact in a specialist fertility clinic with world-class facilities, this could be the perfect role for you.
