Dream Cottages part of Sykes Holiday Cottages, are seeking a Local Supplier Lead & Housekeeping Manager to join their Weymouth team. Salary: Up to £31,550 per annum Work Days & Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days over 7, including Fridays and Saturdays. About the Role Within the Local Supplier Lead & Housekeeping Manager role, you will be managing and overseeing 100 self employed housekeepers and 3 staff, servicing over 300 properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be working closely with our Housekeepers, cleaners and all aspects of property maintenance, you will ensure we support our Owners and properties. You will be key to building and maintaining commercially viable relationships with our third-party supplier base whilst continual sourcing new housekeepers, local cleaners, cleaning companies and maintenance contractors to support our growing portfolio of properties. Your Responsibilities As Local Supplier Lead & Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the following areas of accountability: Manage and oversee 100 self employed housekeepers and 3 staff Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, sourcing new cleaners and contractors. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance of suppliers. Ensure housekeeping, maintenance, and quality issues are managed and resolved promptly. Maintain supplier records, onboarding processes, and training on KEA systems. Cover out of hours emergency callout duties on a rota basis to ensure all out of hours emergencies are covered within the Brand Support the Property Services HUB Team and keep supplier lists updated. Monitor and uphold service standards across supplier networks. Complete property visits to ensure quality standards are met Manage and react to NPS results Trouble shoot and find solutions for supplier issues Assist suppliers with guidance and occasional cleaning/maintenance as needed. Ensuing all suppliers are correctly on-boarded on our system and trained on how to use our KEA system Work closely with property owners to resolve queries with their properties Support newly established suppliers Assist with cleaning or maintenance repairs on a property from time to time, in line with business requirements.
