We are a leading fit-out construction company based in West London, our manufacturing operation specialises in joinery, metal works, and manufacturing for our fit-out projects. We’re looking for a Junior Procurement Assistant / Buyer to join our team and help manage the sourcing and administration of materials and supplies for our manufacturing operations. The Role: As a Junior Procurement Assistant, you’ll support the procurement process, ensuring that materials, components, and equipment are sourced and delivered on time for our joinery and metal works projects. Key Responsibilities: Source and purchase materials, timber, metal components, and supplies. Obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and track deliveries. Ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Maintain inventory levels and assist with supplier management. Resolve any issues with orders or deliveries. Provide admin support including processing invoices. What We’re Looking For: Strong organisation and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work to deadlines. Basic knowledge of procurement or manufacturing (preferable). Previous experience in a manufacturing or procurement role is a plus. Why Join Us?
