As a Control Room Operator, you will play a vital role in their 24/7 operations. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to coordinate with officers and clients via phone and email. Being a fast-paced and busy role, you'll need to stay focused and agile. ???? �? What will your responsibilities be? �? Provide support to frontline officers and handle various operational activities. Log incidents and communicate with relevant teams swiftly. Prioritise calls and alarms, resolving or escalating, as necessary. Maintain accurate records and update databases efficiently. Prepare end-of-shift reports for the technical services department. ???? �? Do you have what it takes? �? Experience in customer service, ideally within a busy call centre or control room. Strong IT skills for navigating different systems and databases. Excellent written and oral communication skills, adapting to diverse audiences.
