Job Description
You'll be responsible for:
* Planning and leading client workshops with our clients
* Conducting and analysing research. Reviewing trends and research.
* Developing propositions, creative positioning and brand ideas
* Line management of Creative Strategist
* Taking and interrogating client briefings
* Working closely with the creative teams to bridge the gap between strategic thinking and creative doing
* Evaluating creative work, adding strategic thinking at every step and keeping our work on brief
The Successful Applicant
* The successful applicant will already be in a senior strategy position within an agency
* You must 'get' brand and be comfortable challenging and creating brand positioning from scratch - evidence of this will be needed
* You've got a strong understanding of the marketing mix and the channels needed to use
* Good copywriting skills are essential for the role
* An ability to demonstrate experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns.
What's on Offer
* A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
* Holiday allowance of 28 days plus UK Bank Holidays
