About the role:
We are recruiting for a trusted and professional Care Home Manager at our residential home supporting people with dementia.
Cambrian House is one of our smaller Residential Care Homes with the capacity to offer care and support for up to 28 people. Cambrian House is situated in the heart of Portishead, Bristol. It is a homely and friendly place to live and work.
In house accommodation is available for this position during the working week if required.
What you’ll need:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, an experienced and previously Registered Manager is preferred. We pride ourselves on recruiting honest individuals who have a passion for looking after people, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and who share our core values.
Attention to detail and a passion for high quality care are essential to this role, along with the determination to achieve the highest standards, strong people skills and a pro-active approach to employee management including sickness absence and recruitment.

Salary: £47,940 OTE
