Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees during individual consultation meetings related to contract restructuring activities.
Deliver a compassionate and professional consultation experience, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Manage a high volume of consultations while efficiently logging all activities in the People Services case management system.
Collaborate closely with the ER Case Manager to ensure effective case management and resolution of employee queries.
