DV Delivery Lead Location: On-Site (Corsham) outside IR35 Contract Type: Initial 3-month contract, with potential for long-term extension Security Clearance: DV Expected Start Date: May 2025 Project Overview: The client is launching a 12-week discovery phase within a secure MOD environment. The goal is to evaluate the technical, operational, and security feasibility of implementing a Zero Trust ICAM solution. This phase will include defining the scope of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and developing a strategic roadmap for full-scale implementation. A three-person team will be assembled to lead the discovery process, and the client is seeking individuals with solid MOD experience and a history of working with senior military or government leaders. This is a hybrid role, requiring an expert with hands-on experience in product management, business analysis (including requirement definition, use case creation, and process mapping), as well as project and delivery management capabilities to guide the team and engage effectively with clients. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project milestones, track timelines, and ensure the project stays within budget. Stakeholder Interaction & Communication: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions. Present findings to clients for approval and ensure project objectives are met. Product Management/Business Analysis: Build the MVP backlog and create detailed use cases (Epics and stories). Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with MOD policies (JSP 453, JSP 440, JSP 604) while managing risks, dependencies, and obstacles that may arise. Essential Skills & Experience: Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong understanding of MOD procurement and governance processes, with proven experience in reporting findings, presenting to senior MOD personnel, and preparing high-level executive reports. Risk & Dependency Management: Demonstrated ability to handle risks, regulatory challenges, and project dependencies within a MOD environment. Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to define security and access management requirements, use cases, and transform security frameworks into actionable implementation plans. Leadership: Capable of leading and motivating the team, ensuring high-quality outputs, and maintaining professionalism in client interactions. Security & Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with Zero Trust architecture, ICAM principles, MOD security protocols (JSPs), and Cyber Essentials Plus. Previous MOD Experience: Required and non-negotiable.
