Were looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Brand team at D2, leading marketing across our venues and brands in nationwide. Working closely with operations and sales teams, youll develop and implement creative marketing plans a cross digital, PR, and content, ensuring our brand stories reach the right audience at the right time. With a keen eye on consumer trends and insights, youll bring bold ideas, a growing network of cultural connections, and a passion for meaningful brand partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Brand, this role is perfect for someone eager to challenge traditional hospitality marketing, working across a diverse and growing portfolio to create exciting commercial packages, standout brand events, and unforgettable guest experiences that build strong communities and partnerships. What Y oull do Build, lead and execute quarterly marketing plans for each of our venues and brands, understanding that while data is essential its important you bring your own creative ability and personality when executing the plan. Work withannual budgets to deliver the biggest impact for each of our venues. Take the lead on venue launch strategies for new openings. Support our operation and sales teamswith creative campaigns that drive bookings and covers. Know our brands like the back of your hand to react to immediate business needs and long-term trends to innovate guest experiences. Own social media management across all brands, ensuring consistency and engagement. Craft brilliant, on-brand copy across multiple tones of voice. Plan and execute content shoots with the Head of Brand, digital campaigns, and PR activations. Be a key player in developing hero brand activations that are routed in insights from pop-ups to loyalty programmes and subscriptions. Work with the sales and events managers to create a calendar of creative programming that drives bookings through all high and low demand periods of the week and year.
