You will provide high levels of customer service and operational support to the branch client base by processing and monitoring shipments.,
* Efficiently process bookings from clients and overseas agents onto the system.
* Provide operational support for the Freight Account Managers when required.
* Liaise with all relevant parties throughout the shipment to organize the movement of goods.
* Address any issues that may arise during a shipment and ensure the client and/or Freight Account Manager is updated.
* Process sales and purchase invoices of the branch.
* Foster and develop a team culture at all times.
* Complete any reasonable task requested by your supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues
Secondary school education or equivalent with ability to use Mathematics and English to an operational and professional standard.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Logistics experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
