Job Title: CRM Operations Executive
Location: Watford (3x per week)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
The Role: We are looking for a CRM Operations Executive to join a growing team responsible for deploying, monitoring, and testing player-facing communications. You will work with a variety of digital communication channels, ensuring campaigns are correctly built and executed. With a high volume of campaigns to manage, attention to detail and efficiency will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with CRM tools (SFMC or similar) to manage the deployment and tracking of campaigns.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns are targeted effectively and performance is properly tracked.
* Ensure email communications follow best practices and meet company standards.
* Edit HTML content for emails and digital campaigns.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong HTML skills and experience in coding emails (advanced, not just drag-and-drop).
* Experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools (SFMC experience is a plus).
* At least 6 months of CRM operations experience.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* A commitment to a long-term role with the company.
