A Copeland Group Limited is an Electrical Contracting Company working in the commercial and industrial sectors. As an Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the Contracts Team. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment, both independently and as part of a team. Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to: Typing (copy and audio), previous audio experience not necessary Assisting in the preparation of Health and Safety documentation Data entry Answering incoming calls, dealing with enquiries Photocopying, performing detailed work, proofreading/correcting errors in documents Processing of completion paperwork from projects Monitoring of subcontractor database and requesting updated certificates The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Excellent communication skills - written and verbal High levels of accuracy Ability to multi-task Computer literate, including MS Word and Excel This role is office based, working hours are Mon - Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm with half an hour for lunch. Previous experience within this sector is not essential as training will be given.
