Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (NMC Registered): Desirable, though not required.
Level 5 Health & Social Care: With Leadership and Management specialization.
Experience: Experience in a nursing home management role, with a proven track record of achieving good and outstanding CQC ratings.
Knowledge of Care Standards: Strong familiarity with CQC standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in care to maintain compliance and excellence.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, along with strong regulatory knowledge.
